I cannot speak more highly of the service and staff at Points Of View Therapy. When you are suffering a trauma, the last thing you want to do is put yourself out there and make yourself even more vulnerable at the lowest point of your life, and give someone the opportunity to see how broken you are, and perhaps with misuse cause you to be broken further, if that were possible. However, from the moment I emailed Dr Timothy Hsi, to getting an appointment within the week, and then walking in to the consulting rooms, I was met with only professional compassion, empathy and gentle care, confirming for me I was in the best of the safest of hands. On top of that, was the skilled excellence in EMDR and trauma therapy that Dr Hsi specialises in, that quickly supported and facilitated my healing journey in a way I can only describe as miraculous.
