Today Michael attended to some pet stains on our carpet and some stains on our lounge and stools. The result was nothing short of outstanding. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Michael was prompt, knowledgable, and efficient, all with a smile and happy attitude. Nothing was too much trouble. The biggest surprise was the very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him for any carpet/fabric cleaning or pet stain removal.

Very impressive service and quality of work was 10/10. Michael was on time and extremely reliable. What stood out for me was the quality of stain removal. I've hired carpet cleaners many times in my life and never have the stains been removed like Michael was able to do. It was unexpected and very much appreciated. My advice is not to decide on price but rather quality and a much more favourable outcome.Highly recommended.

Michael was very informative and shared techniques to use for future accidental stains and ways to keep my new lounge suite in the best condition. He was very polite and professional, I felt comfortable having him in my home. He also checked the entire sofa to make sure there weren't any other marks I possibly hadn't seen.I enquired about making an appointment and the very next day he was available. Highly recommend Michael's services.

Michael is really great. Very happy with the carpet cleaning and his knowledge. Michael is professional and was easy to communicate with when making an appointment and friendly chat on the day. Definitely recommend and will use him again for future cleaning.

So impressed with job and service. Carpets came up beautiful the difference was incredible. The customer service was outstanding he was so nice to deal with provided general advice on other areas what to do when have a spill or stain how to handle it when occurs to make sure I don't make it worse. Was very friendly and professional listened well made service more personal.Carpets looked fresh and clean and were able to walk on shortly after finished instead of waiting hours or all day. Thanks again would highly recommend Chem-Dry to anyone.

First time that have used Chem-Dry. Was surprised by how our 20year old couch looked. It was clean and looked very fresh. The service was punctual, gave honest opinions, was happy to discuss the process and answer any questions. Would recommend to friends and family.
