Outstanding. I had the glass replaced and crown pin straightened on my watch. Gary had it finished far earlier than he had originally promised and his pricing is extremely competitive. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

I have a 1940s watch that I have been trying to get fixed for 40 years. I finally found someone in Gary who has the skills and interest to do it. It's working beautifully and the charge was more than reasonable. Gary is the real deal. I can't recommend him enough. He also fixed my modern Skagen. A craftsman indeed!

Had my Seiko SRP turtle watch modification done with Gary with parts that I purchased online. Gary's workmanship and service was excellent. He also pressure tested the watch after installing the new sapphire crystal to make sure it would stand up to diving pressures. His service charges was also very reasonable. I'm very happy with my watch now.
