Rachel truly is a professional in her field. I did a fair bit of research when looking to get my brows done (lost most of them due to age/menopause) but I kept coming back to Rachel’s site. Something about her just resonated so much more than others. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I told Rachel what I wanted, and she could’ve taken advantage of my ignorance and just done it, but she took the time to explain why it wouldn’t be suitable for me and advised me of a better option, while still giving me the choice.I’m so happy with my new eyebrows, I feel more confident about my appearance, and they look so natural because no one has noticed!!Professional through and through.Thank you Rachel x

Received excellent service from Rachael who has tattooed my brows. I did not have straightforward brows as they were uneven and Rachael had a lot of measuring to do to get them perfect.I also needed an extra session which was of no hassle to Rachael. Several people referred me to Rachel and I was not disappointed. Her reputation for being an expert at brow shaping /tattooing is definitely well earned and I felt in very safe hands. As I have got older, my brows have thinned, my hair has got lighter and since wearing glasses, I couldn't reliably pencil-in my own brows and have had some disasters....not any more! I am so happy with the results! For the first time my brows have been commented on from teenagers through to my own friends so high praise indeed!

Rachael is an incredible artist! She has a way of putting you at ease and making you feel welcome. She is friendly and easy to chat to, and she pays attention to what you have to say. I adore the way my eyebrows look! The fact that Rachael was able to work her magic and make them more symmetrical has made my life a lot simpler because I no longer have to make an effort to shape them every day. The environment is both aesthetically pleasing to the eye and calming to be in. It's wonderful! I cannot speak highly enough about Rachael!

This is the second time I’ve been to Rachael and I would highly recommend her . The first time I was very nervous as putting something permanent on your face , you want it to look good . It did and very natural looking . She makes you very comfortable about the whole procedure and it is done in a beautiful clean setting . She is EXTREMELY professional and very knowledgeable. Rachael is so lovely and friendly to talk to and her manner is professional and knowledgeable. She has done a great job of my brows which were virtually nothing to being 'there' with no make up on. Which is amazing! Her advice on shape and style was also much appreciated and spot on. Highly recommend.
