We tried mango cake slice priced at $5.50. The pastry didnt have any mango flavor just felt like sugar. Will not try again

I usually love to have coffee and cakes here and always visit here. Just experienced a really bad customer service today 31 Jan 23 at 4:50, The girl looked very unhappy that I came that hour and asked for a coffee, a customer service person should give a smile at least, and when I asked if I can sit for 5 mins , she said we are closing now so u can't, why the closing time is 6pm in the Google when u can't even let the customer sit before 5 o clock, please train the staff for better customer service and change the time in google, really disappointing

We ordered a custom made cake for my son's 3rd birthday. Not only was it exactly what we expected, but it tasted delicious. We were served by Fariyah at Stanhope Gardens who was so efficient, friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend this cake shop enough!

My family and I got smoothies and waffles and they were absolutely beautiful. Big servings and polite staff members. Highly recommended for a nice breakfast. We will definitely be coming back again.

I bought a caramel birthday cake here, it was creamy and delicious (more than I expected).The young lady who served me last night (8/4 Thursday 6pm) was helpful, polite, smiley and attentive. Thanks for a great customer service.

I am not happy with a custom birthday cake I ordered. This is a newly opened shop and thought I would give them a go as it is nice and close to home.My cake was very simple. But it looked so ugly, I asked for baby blue, baby pink, yellow and white. These are not particularly difficult or unique colours to procure?I would understand if it was a difficult or tricky design. But nevertheless I was very disappointed as this was a little girl’s surprise birthday cake. I was so upset I didn’t even bother to take photos.I was kindly offered a refund by the lovely sales assistant who (very patiently) listened to my frustration but this is not a matter of money.Do not bother to get a custom cake from them, pay a little extra and get a cake from a professional.- Fatima

Great service and excellent coffee.Food was great, we had the pancakes and it was impressive with fruits and ice cream. My 7 year old was impressed and loved it too.Made to feel welcome and we will be back.

I arrived at the cafe and was greeted with friendly staff. The owner Sia is super friendly and welcoming. I ordered the waffles and Vienna coffee. Both were delicious. The waffles were made to perfection as they were crusty on the outside and soft on the inside and it’s topped with 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, Nutella with loads of banana, strawberries and blueberries. The Vienna coffee was velvety smooth and no need for additional sugar as it paired perfectly with the waffles. I would have stayed longer but had to rush to my next appointment. Will visit again soon :)
