update - profiling customers at the DO it yourself checkout even regular customers get profiled as thief - My thoughts are: if you do not trust the customers you want to profit from then don't waste people's time by stopping them despite being regular customers they also gets stop every time - taking away my business in insurance as well, better shop at Coles.It's not as if you are stopping everyone that would be fair and square but you are picking people that you stereotype as thieves and that is an insult to see everyone around you not picked on but you alone - every single time, no one would want to be treated with such disrespect learn to respect your customers treat them all the same don't play favourites and profiled some while others get to fly by - all because of appearance and background - spending my money elsewhere.Before - They renovated the store very pleasant lighting dark asphalt colored floors non slippery very organised look really nice

yesterday i entered this subpar store and was quite intrigued by their range of breads. i'm a fan of breads especially wholemeal and rye. anyhow i was in the mood of yoghurt on this day, keep in mind im not lactose intolerant so it makes everything much easier to digest. when i was in the store i had difficulty locating the yoghurts and had to ask a staff member. when i asked a staff member he siad i dont know what that is but we have yoghurt and i said yes please. why did he have to be smart? thank you.

I did my shopping this morning only to discover - too late - that the un-named cashier failed to pack 2 items 9a candel ($25) and 2 lt orange juice. When i went back she was not there. I am a 77 year old pensioner and cannot afford to throw this kind of money away
