Peninsula Estate Agents have been looking after our rental property since 2014. I deal with both Stephanie and Patty. I couldn’t be happier with the service I receive. They handle everything including finding the perfect tenant so both tenant and landlord are happy, conducting regular property inspections, cost-effective maintenance, regular feedback and much, much more. Communication is excellent and both Stephanie and Patty are friendly and efficient.

Bad experience with these agents who were assigned to manage leasing out my property in Frankston. The agents (both mother and daughter) appeared to not be handling matters in a professional way, they tell lies, were dishonest, and didn't even attend open for inspections yet claimed they had! Worst thing is not even a word of “sorry” when I found out/revealed the truth!

Steph Bray is exceptional and you won’t find a better agent.We are a young couple renting out our house for the first time.We contacted Steph from word of mouth. There is no other property management team I would consider to employ to manage my rental property. Stephanie took the management of my Edithvale apartment from a city agent and ensured my property got the care and attention that it had not received in the earlier 12 months.
