Waffle On Cafe
Often walked past, looked in, today, made the trip inside, and boy was it worth it. Magnificent eggs Benedict on a waffle, with a super chilli hot chocolate, all served up by the very friendly staff.

Great brunch in the cafeteria which features waffles. It is soft compared with sourdough, and not too sweet, less oil.

Great inner city cafe, had the eggs Benedict on waffle - interesting and tasted amazing, you can choose your base btw. I've been going to cafe's during my trip in both Launceston and Hobart - always ordering eggs Benedict, this place has the best one so far!

Can't recommend this restaurant enough! We had two gluten free waffles and they were absolutely delicious. The pulled beef was incredible - such amazing flavours. Will definitely return to when in the area next!

Waffle On Cafe
When we were looking for a brunch spot in Hobart, we came across Waffle On Cafe. We got there a few minutes before they opened and there was already a big group waiting.We got the traditional brussels waffle with vanilla ice cream, chantilly cream and syrup + flat whites. The waffle was fluffy and had a great texture. Paired with the accoutrements, it wasn't too sweet and overall a great brunch sweet treat. All the waffles have gluten-free options, which is great if you have food specificities. The coffee was also great as they used beans from Botero coffee roasters.The restaurant itself seems to be popular. So we recommend to come a little early to enjoy their waffles.

Tried waffle today. Presentation was good. Waffle was fresh. Service was good.The amount of chocolate on top was really less. I paid double for extra chocolate but still it was dry. And the chocolate was cold.Not worthing.

Had an amazing experience here at the Waffle On Cafe! Loved every minute! From the service from the staff, to the location and venue itself and to the amazing food! Can highly recommend eating breakfast here! The breakfast waffles are absolutely delicious! Light and fluffy and filled with flavour! The coffee also would have to be one of the best coffees I have had in Hobart! It is also very reasonable priced and can’t fault any aspect of the Waffle On Cafe! It is easily a 5/5 stars from me! :))

Waffle On Cafe
Waffle On has been our family favourite for years, whether it's coffee and a fresh cookie or lunch for 6 with waffles and milkshakes. Great service and good value. Always yummy. Especially the bacon.
