Great Local Gym! Open 24 hours and there is always enough equipment for the amount of members in at a certain period during the day/night. The owner is very kind and accommodating. This is a very affordable gym, a great improvement from the larger gyms nearby which don't value their members and often attract the wrong people. Iv'e only ever had positive interactions with other members and staff. I recommend this gym to anyone who lives nearby.

$5 for a casual session in between 10am - 8pm, so pretty decent for those that are occasionally in the area like myself and fancy a lunch time workout. Staff are friendly, equipment is always kept clean and tidy. No complaints from me!

Pretty clean gym with harmony. They recently upgrade their equipment too so the place feels cosy for the space they have available. Great for men and women :)

Good equipment, good prices but don't think it's cleaned much. The members rarely re-rack the weights and owner doesn't seem to care much. The trainers conducting private classes consider it to be their personal gym and leave a whole trail of mess behind them after they're done.Owners if you're reading this, please do something about itSee the photos for proof.

At the end of my street is this little strip of shops and at the end of that strip is a comfortable smaller than normal gym. However it's size is not a problem, it holds all the equipment you could need to get a good workout in. It has weights, weight machines, cardio, personal training on offer, good size amenities and the annual membership is cheap.Just ask the staff to write the date down on your f.o.b and you'll know exactly when you'll need to make your next payment.They've been great with me since day one.

A great spot to get a decent workout in. The gym is clean and well maintained but also not too busy, so you are always able to get the equipment you want.

The gym has cheap memberships and $5 casual visits during staffed hours. The gym is very small but the equipment is modern. There was a lack of small plates though.

This is my closest gym so I decided to try it out as I need to drop a few KG, manage stress, and protect the ticker. I went in for a casual session for $5 to take a peak and liked what I saw. Small, good equipment. So I gave them a call and I was very impressed with Terry. I asked for a program tailored to my goals which he designed at no cost for becoming a member. The program was well designed. I then asked Terry to take me thorough the program, which he did so expertly. I am pleased I have signed up with this gym - it is unpretentious, has great equipment, and has expert staff on hand. The pricing structure etc. is also fair.
