The food is amazing and the customer service is exceptional. This is the 2nd time I've used them for functions and i can't praise them enough for making our events so great.

Matson provided the catering for a 80th birthday party for 25 people. They were fantastic. Food was great. Marlo was amazing. Nothing too much trouble, customer service minded, considerate and listened to what we were after. I highly recommend.

We ordered a platter for 2. Picked it up on our way through.Platter was fine, except when we opened the box, we found it was missing 2 itemsNot a big deal, but it would have been a nice addition to the platter

Great team work and marvelous food

Marlo and her excellent team provided catering for our wedding at Elmslie Tasmania. Coming from interstate, she made sure everything was easy for us, and although we didn't physically meet until the big day, her warmth and friendliness when interacting with me and my husband made us feel instantly at ease. She and her team dealt with last minute dietary requirements that we were unaware of, and made sure that the whole bridal party was fed and watered as we made our way around the venue for photos after the ceremony. Marlo herself seemed to be everywhere all the time, bringing wraps and jackets for the bridesmaids who were getting cold, food, drinks, checking in on us, liaising with the photographer and DJ/MC to make sure our day ran as smoothly as possible. The food was amazing, and no one went hungry, with seconds available for any who wanted. We can highly recommend the BBQ buffet menu! Marlo said to me towards the end of the night that it might be a job for them, but it's one of the most important days for her customers, and this mindset showed in everything she did for us. No request was ever too much for her, and she made sure we were relaxed and able to enjoy our wedding. Thank you Marlo and thank you to you excellent team

Always outstanding

We hired Matson for our wedding and I couldn’t be more grateful to Marlo and her amazing staff. They were flexible when we had to change the date 1000 times and when our guest count was all over the place thanks to covid. We had to change our menu and they were flexible. It poured down rain on the day and the staff still smiled and were incredible. Every single guest has since come up to me to say the food was incredible and the staff were outstanding. With everything that went wrong with our wedding, I never once had to stress about the catering. Marlo and her team were absolutely amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
