Appointment made one month ago, sent plans as requested, no response to email. Told concept design will be ready for appointment. Email wasn’t ever reviewed, no concept design ever done. I had to chase up Vanessa to confirm my appointment only to be told no concept design was ready.No apology, was told instead “we’re not the right business for you”.If this is how they treat customers upon initial consult I’d hate to see how to whole process would be. Never deal with this business they are unprofessional and unfriendly to potential clients. Bad service!!

Great service and top quality. We had issues with our first builder and they were nothing but understanding and helpful with our rectification and completion. Totally recommend Boz Design!
