We bought a queen double and 2 singles (twins) and are super happy with our Mattresses from Sleepeezee Bedding Aus.Thicker, stronger springs and no sag after more than 8 months.Highly reccomend.

I purchased an Orthokinetic Arlo medium king mattress and after only 1 year the mattress is sagging and providing a very uncomfortable night's sleep. A warranty assessor came to my home and said that it's not sagging enough to pass for warranty. Company is dodgy

Terrible product. First 3-4months I was happy with purchase, but started to sunk in even rotated mattress every month, changing 5 different mattress protector etc. It is causing back and shoulder pain because of unevenness. I purchased from Bedshed because they are saying this item has 10 year warranty. However, for warranty, you need to pay an up-front call out fee prior to inspection . Also transportation costs become the responsibility of the consumer after the first year of ownership of your product. If you wish to transport the mattress to & from our warehouses the charge ($70.00) will be refunded. If no manufacturing fault is found

Purchased the above 2 mattresses just 3 years ago, very expensive, however was happy to spend as they described the mattresses as the roll Royce of the mattresses. Not even 3 years, and both were sagging terribly, contacted the company I purchased it from and it came via Sleepezee, initially customer service was disappointing, however escalated via the company where I purchased it from, and got through to customer service of Sleepeezee and finally they decided to pick up the mattresses for repair. They initially tried to blame the base we had, noting that one base was completely flat, and yet blamed that. Anyways they took it away for a week (with no replacement etc), and sadly when it was returned, it was actually returned with a further fault. On calling back, they wanted it back again to fix it, and when i expressed my disappointment, they actually belittled me and made me feel like they did us a favour by repairing it in the first place, and went on to express how much it would have cost etc., such a disappointing experience all round. Mattresses are highly priced and the 10 year guarantee is of no use, whatsoever, as they try every avenue to blame it on you and avoid the guarantee, but more so, they try and repair it with no quality checks whatsoever. I even wondered if it was my mattresses repaired and returned, it really validated for me that the company has no quality checks in place whatsoever. Now we are actually looking for a new mattresses that actually is good and value for money. Very disappointing.

my sister told me she is very happy with the mattress she bought over 17 years ago when she got married. Not sure from where she got it, or what she paid for, looking at the label to find out who made it, decided to buy a sleepeezee mattress from bedshed(1699$), had it for about 4 months now, its terrific. will it also last me over 17 years? lol

Would give them 0 if I could, customer service has been atrocious to say the least. We emailed them in regards to an Orthokinetic Mattress we purchased from Amart that has been causing back pain. Their response was passive aggressive and unhelpful, gave them what was required and despite all that info we were told our bed frame which has been great up to date with amazing reviews was to blame. What a joke, an Ikea mattress for half the price is honesty better than this.

If I could give this company anything less than a 1 star, I would. Mattress is poor quality, top dollar (even more expensive than some Harvey Norman brands) and customer service is lacking human interaction. Advising to any customer!!!! DONT BUY THIS BRAND! Amart sells this brand but not sure where else. Stay away.I purchased this a couple years ago and pushed to purchase this as Amart claimed this was the top range of mattresses etc. Absolute lie! Not even three years later has sagging and we have back pain every single time we sleep on this mattress. Contacted the company and they keep giving me generic responses like my base isn’t the correct base (yet I purchased this from snooze, custom made, $4,000 frame) and now they are asking me to put it on the floor.Disgusted at how this company operates and resolves their conflict/unhappy customers yet they promote 20 year guarantee!I’m taking this to the news and to consumer affairs. They can’t keep stealing genuine money like this!

Sleepeezee mattresses are poor quality. Don’t buy these mattresses. If there is too much weight on mattress it will bent inwards. Company will make excuses to not to do anything about it. I have spend $1800 on it. not worth it

BEWARE !! Bought a new King Single, Firm, for $900, and after one month the middle sunk in, causing back pain. A very poor product, and the warranty response was, it can sink upto 2 inches, so touch luck ! BEWARE Poor product.

Sleepeezee are frauds. Will not accept any warranty claims. The customer service is also terrible. They just copy past responses into your email. We have 15 year warranty on our mattress but they keep making excuses as to why the claim will not be accepted. Can guarantee they would do it with everyone. They suggest rotating your mattress every week or two. What's the point in having a warranty if they wont accept claims. Disgusting behaviour from them when a genuine customer notes a fault with their mattress and cannot sleep on it. Will never ever ever buy a mattress from them again and suggest others not to.
