For our first visit, I am very impressed how nice and clean the facility is. The nurses are friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure my little Lea is comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend them for those who need to see specialists for their fur babies.

Everyone was very caring and very helpful. Fergus felt totally at ease there!

Our little fur baby Zarla had a big mass on her neck. Within 3 weeks being diagnosed, they had her in for surgery. She had complications after surgery and they had to resuscitate her. I can’t tell you how grateful we are that they saved her and took such amazing care of her. They kept us updated constantly and we felt confident she was in the best hands. We have been to multiple vets over the years but Austin vet has by far been the best. Staff were always so lovely and wonderful. Would 10/10 recommend.

The Austin specialist vet clinic were very professional with a personal touch while treating my Yorkshire Terrier, Yuki, for her broken leg.Yuki was in-house for two nights & during that time I received photos & txt reassuring me that Yuki was cozy & happy # My dog is more than just a dog, she’s my fur-baby and “the Austin” get that. I would Highly recommend them to any pet owner in the same situation that we were in. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My cat Merry was referred to The Austin for an echocardiogram. The signage made the building easy to find and we felt very welcomed when we arrived. All of the staff who assisted me and took care of Merry were super kind and professional. Merry is a very shy, skittish cat, and I felt reassured that she was in good hands.

Our beautiful Bella was so well looked after at Austin Vet Clinic at Mile End by Fui and all the staff. After a rough start her surgery was completed and after an overnight stay where I’m sure she kept the nurses awake we were able to take her home. The Austin Vet Specialists are incredible on many levels. Our dog was referred there due to the type of cancer he had. Everyone, and I mean everyone, has been incredible for every part of the journey.The clinic itself - clean, comfortable, immaculate and state of the art.The staff - exceptional animal lovers. They were all well informed, kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and and caring. From the reception staff to the interns, nurses and surgeons - they are the best. The communication has been flawless and they have continually checked in on our dog to make sure he is responding well now he is home. When we had to leave him there overnight post surgery we received updates.You cannot find a better place than the Austin Vet Specialist.

The staff were friendly and professional. By the time I picked my dog Mia up, the bill had already been sent to the pet insurer and I just had to pay the difference. I was very impressed.

I can't thank Dr Fui Yap and her team enough for the treatment of my dog Ivy. Ivy ruptured her achilles recently and needed surgery. From the moment we walked in the door at The Austin, everything was explained and made simple for us. Fui explained what needed to be done.It's a calm environment, Ivy wasn't scared and was very relaxed when I dropped her off a few days later.After the operation, Fui rang to explain what she had found and what we should expect with recovery.Ivy needed to stay at The Austin for one night. I was so happy to receive a couple of text messages with photos of Ivy during the evening. I could see she was calm and relaxed, so I didn't need to worry about her. She was in good hands.When I picked Ivy up the next day, everything was explained again. They reassured me and said to call if I had any questions later. I have felt confident and happy with the care that Ivy received, and I would happily recommend The Austin Specialist Vet.
