Although Jay could not fix our oven due to the fan being burnt out, he replaced it with a new one back on the 30th September. On that day I asked him if I could give my insurance people his details so I could claim part of the $1850 that we paid him. He said Not a problem at all"After 4 months of emails

What a champion!Jay promptly responded to my voicemail and visited me the very next day. Checked my oven, advised me how to use it to its best potential and since no repair was needed he didn't accept any payment. True Christmas spirit!I am sure who I will call if I need my appliances to be repaired. Highly recommended.
