Friendly staff but I have one contention: I always have to check that medicine is dispatched correctly, using the older scripts first. Once, I had to tell the pharmacist to take off from the older script first.Just today, they gave my hubby the medicine from the new script when he asked to take off the old script. Thinking that it's correct, he came back with what they dispatched. It's very tiring and frustrating for me then to have to go back for them to re-do the transaction again. If the counter staff could listen carefully to what we asked for in the first place, we would not have to go back again to get what we came for the first time.Do us a favour, listen carefully to what we say.Unhappy customer.

I have been to this Store many times and the staff have alway's been helpfull and polite.

Went to the pharmacy once a year ago and found the staff rude and not helpful. Went back stupidly and same experience.

Waited for 50 minutes for 10 scripts, was told it was a large amount so will be a little wait. Watched as people came and went getting their scripts filled and being thanked for their patience. I have both legs wrapped up due to my legs leak fluid. I was not thanked for my patience and was looked at with disgust when I had leaked fluid all over their floor. I'd hate to go to a place im not a regular.

Very rude, unhelpful young lady today. An empty store yet her customer service was atrocious. She was sarcastic and seemed quite happy to let me leave empty handed rather than help. She obviously doesn't own the store or care if it is successful. 5 mins away at Smithfield I had great service from a competing chemist, they even gave me a free mask. I just moved house and despite this being the closest, I will forever drive 5 mins further for a chemist.

Great staff. Very quick. I get my fathers scripts there and they are always very friendly. Great work :)

The staff here were so rude. 3 women working, I was the only person in the store. I stood at the counter directly in front of them for 4 minutes waiting. All 3 looked directly at me in that time but not a single one said a word to me to acknowledge they were intending to checkout the items I wanted to purchase. They kept talking amongst themselves and made no attempt to come to the counter. In the end I left my items on the counter, exited the store and went to Chemist Warehouse to get the same items.

Wonderful people! I visit very regularly and they have been nothing but helpful.

Not sure how a $7.50 script elsewhere was $15 here! Because of this I do find myself going out of my way for lower prices on prescription medications.With that being said, the staff were quote helpful on the few occasions before I found my new regular chemist"."
