small station but always find the fuel price is very reasonable . have coffee machine. 1 dollar coffee. don't jnow why some other bp sell 2 dollar coffee though larg cup . toilet facility is there.

Not a COVID safe business. QR code 5cm x 5cm not clearly visible to customers - side wall behind box on the wall. Staff not wearing masks & happy not to reinforce masks or QR code check-in of their customers. Owner justification is that their business is a small space. Not sure this is a valid excuse. I suggested maybe putting QR on window to check-in before entering. I spoke to staff last week about these issues last week. Not very community oriented unfortunately.

i came here specifically to use my BP gift card, and they did not have the setup to accept it. since i only found out after i already got the fuel, had to pay out of pocket, waste of my time & money.update: someone from bp commented here asking me to write to a specific email inbox, i did and received an auto-reply about resetting my BP password (i don't even have an account). This just shows the response here is all about trying to look good" and not actually about helping customers at all. initially i only disliked this particular station

Staff not wearing masks, poor disrespectful service owner accused me of blocking his toilet when it was obviously blocked before I used it! What a disgrace!!

I purchased my fuel thier yesterday 26 Apr 2021 @ 2.30pm . I asked the attendant for a receipt and did not get one. I asked again and only received one with payment. I said to her I wanted the customer copy receipt because it tells you how many points you will receive. She ignored me and said your points are automatically added you have nothing to worry about. I never received my points. She was very rude & i'll never go back.

I have been buying petrol from this station for over 20 years, but will not go again until the staff start wearing masks during lockdowns. When asked about it, they all seem to have medical conditions" or "anxiety issues". Also

I was a fuel system design engineer, and have noted all other fuel, especially 7-11, (have high sulfur which) causes fuel gauge errors and check engine light coming on with catalyst or O2 sensor errors. Using BP fixes these issues in my car.

After taking my car to another large dealership (twice) they were unable to fix my cars intermittent problem. When I took it into BP Newport, George knew what the problem was straight away and it was fixed - first go. Great friendly service with someone who has experience (not a trainee) at a reasonable price.

Team member was not wearing a mask during Melbourne’s sixth lockdown. No shield to protect staff/community either.You can imagine the potential for an outbreak due to this unsafe behaviour. Wouldn’t shop there. I’m appalled.
