Outstanding customer service from the gentleman (unfortunately didn't get his name) who helped us re: Ziegler replacement burners today . He went above and beyond to help us and we won't forget the kindness

Went in to buy a new BBQ, staff seemed more interested in walking around and talking to each other.Asked for help with an item that was not available, was given a very short answer with no real help, wasn’t offered alternate product, didn’t offer to find out if the product was available at another branch. Service was lousy, it was more so as we were interrupting their day.Asked for the manager to explain that I had gone outside and rang several other branches to get the product, we stepped aside away from other customers, all he could do was argue and defend the staff because the product was no longer available, wasn’t the point I was raising, it was the fact that there was no service or care. Won’t be going back

What a great experience.I went in with a small idea of what I was looking for, but definitely needed some help. That help came in the form of Ayesha. She was very helpful in explaining the differences between the barbecue types, including the benefits and detractors for each. She was then happy to leave me to have a look and a think.After deciding on my purchase she advised that if I had any problems or questions, to just give them a call and they would be happy to help.The store and staff were all being COVID safe (hand sanitiser, floor markings, and the staff wearing masks), the store was well laid out, and the different section easy to find.

Being in small business could not have been any harder than during COVID. Then throw in unknown delivery schedules into the mix, makes it tough going! Even I found it difficult waiting for my order. But everyone at BBQ Galore Nowra were great! Thank you for our BBQ guys & gals! Stay safe!

Best price to get your 9kg gas bottle refilled even if its raining a little

Aweful warranty services. We have an open warranty case for a wood heater that we logged in August. A technician has been out to assess the situation, stating that the firepöace seems faulty. Now, almost 3 months later we are being told that more photo evidence is needed and to put a spirit level on the fireplace". So the hubby had to buy a spirit level and do what has been done by the professional already. Rediculous. This has been professionally installed and the firebox is faulty. We have not been able to use the heater in the cold and wet for 3 months and it has still not been fixed. Shocking. Would not recommend."

Thanks to Chis for teaching me how to use an axe and light a good fire every time in my new wood heater (your technique works 100%, love it). Your manner and sincerity was appreciated.
