Saint Domain Serviced Apartments

**DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL**I booked a 5 night stay here. As soon as I walked in the room was DISGUSTING!! not clean, urine on the toilet seat, dirty pillows/bedding, filthy furniture. It looked like they used the room as a child care.I had to ask for the room to be cleaned and even then it wasn’t. All I got was a set of clean towels. “Serviced apartments” but the servicing is every 3 days, and that’s only for a towel swap.Would not recommend staying here. The staff are rude and were not understanding when I made a complaint.You pay money for a nice stay on a holiday and you turn up to that. Not acceptable.

These apartments might be new but they're obviously built as cheaply as possible to a poor standard. The hot water pressure in my apartment fluctuated visibly (and audibly), which also meant that my shower, bathroom and kitchen sink had alternating hot and cold water. The tiles on the balcony were loose, not that I wanted to spend much time out there staring in to the apartments in the next building. They only had one key available for my partner and I, which wasn't too big an issue since we were only both there for one night, except we were unable to get the intercom to function correctly to let each other up to our apartment and the receptionist could only tell us it should work." There is a construction site next door which could be annoying if you're planning to sleep in. The bed was very low

Perfect location for quick city trip. Rooms are for rest, nothing special to keep you entertain. No need car around this area to move around.

Was in Melbourne for Trade show at Convention center for few days. we booked 2 bedroom apartment at Saint Domain and very impressed by the new-mordern, clean rooms, self sufficient kitchen, comfy bed. View from this room was amazing. My mom who accompanied myself was enjoying her Tea everyday with city views sitting in the nook. Staff were amazing and friendly they allowed us early check-in at 11am which is usually hard in other hotels or apartments. They gave us complimentary access to rooftop for which I have no words to describe. Overall great stay and good Value for money. Highly recommended place.

Great place to stay for a work trip. Location is great, room has everything needed and the team are great!

If someone looking for an apartment for a long stay - do not choose this building. Very dark apartment, no daylight sun, even during the sunny day in summer. Extremely cold in winter, wearing coat while staying at home. High water bills, and no possibility to change for another provider. My bill for hot water was 300$ for 2 months (I live alone and never used a dishwasher). And last: no facilities in the building, no gym or swimming pool. On the highest floor (24th if Im not mistaken) there is like a rooftop area, where guests can relax and enjoy evenings in summer, but unfortunately renters do not have a permission to have an access to this floor. if you would like to go there, you should come to the reception and they will go with you to provide an access.Positive: friendly staff on the reception desk, great location. That's IT :))Hope my review will help someone, who decided to live in this apartments for a long term stay.

Saint Domain is located not far off St Kilda Road and nearby to the Shrine of Remembrance. A brisk walk or a short tram ride and you're in the heart of Melbourne.Some of the apartments in this complex are long term tenanted by students of the nearby University. Those available for short term stay are quite spacious for recreational purposes. The room and balcony views are outstanding.We found the room clean and the shower was 5 stars for sure! The only issues we found were average pillow quality and the bathroom fan didn't work. Using the kitchen and dining in the room would be quite a challenge due to the compact space.The facility entrance is just a doorway and could be missed first time. We were very grateful that the staff member working reception was very gracious in staying back due to our delayed Jetstar flight.

We've stayed here twice recently (with 18 month old) and loved it. Clean, fully equipped apartments. Staff are so helpful, lovely and go above and beyond - even unpacked my grocery delivery! Great location close to trams and Botanic gardens as well as South Melbourne. Highly recommended.
