I have had nothing but problems since being moved to mtc as a job provider.They have poor record keeping practices. Their client system is perpetually faulty (system resets, missing information provided to them and inability to access centerlink reporting is some cases).These issues which have nothing to do with lack of compliance from clients has resulted in many frozen payments. 90% of my engagement with mtc has been me fixing up their poorly organised system for them in order to get my payments back.There is also a serious deficite in mtc's staff understanding of why someone might even need financial support. When I have expressed understandable frustration with these issues the common answer I have received is If you don't wish to be accountable to mtc then you can cancel your centerlink support"."
