Big shout out to Kirby who did our Baby Seat installation.Preparing for a newborn can be a very stressful period, making sure everything is right. Terrible store. Do not deal with Ge0rgie. Sadly Baby bunting has gone downhill in the last few years with untrained unprofessional rude sales people. They'll do anything to weasel out of a basic price match even with a brick and mortar big store. Incredibly unprofessional staff lying right through their teeth.

I don't understand why the staff are so rude everytime we come in. We spend so much money there and none of them can be bothered to give us the time of day. Looking for a pram today and it took nearly 15 minutes for anyone to offer any assistance and it was mediocre at best - bit of joke when the prams we were looking at were in the $1,500 range. I have absolutely nothing nice to say about this store after 3 or 4 visits with similar experiences of incredibly poor customer service.

Really awful experience, had asked one staff to check if they got stock of the baby cot and changing table, then they just gone and the lady just keep talking with another staff in front of computer for ages, we just being ignored and left there waiting. As a store with enough staff but no one help, they should think about the service quality.

Very big and well organised store for all kinds of baby needs. This is particularly helpful for those who are going to have baby for the first time. Products here are expensive but high in quality. It's worth to visit for the things like pram, baby cot, car seats as they have many varieties. The store also offer car seat fitting service. Struggling dads who have no idea about car seat installation, can seek help for a little fee.

Fantastic range of accessories, toys and all your babies needs. We purchased a baby seat for our 18 month old grandson.It was on special at half price. We were delighted to get such excellent service and advice from a young man outside who stepped us patiently through the process of installing the seat in our Subaru Forester.
