Laverty Pathology
Inefficient and no communication. Full waiting room and sounded like the two staff were having morning tea. No one came out and said we won’t be a moment. No patients were in the treatment rooms. I work in a busy medical clinic as a nurse and communication is the key here ladies. Let your patients know what’s going on and if there is going to be a wait. People won’t mind waiting if you communicate and don’t sound like you are having a cuppa in the next room.

Was served by arguably one of the rudest and most abrupt people I’ve ever met, if you get the older lady with the red hair, either run or hold your breath, because whilst being snapped at the smell of cigarette all over her will nearly have you pass out. If I could give that experience less than one star, I would.
