I just bought the following drive through order from here on 21st may around 12:30pm. Not at all satisfied with the quality. Please see the inline comments.3 medium sized Hot chocolates - it was not creamy and didnt had the McD flavour.2 chicken deluxe burgers - burgers were not fresh.Happy meal - cheese burger was not fresh.Vanilla milk shake - quality very poor

This is my second time ordering late at night from this place and both time I haven’t been getting the stuff I payed for. I have payed $50+ for just two meals and I don’t even get the full thing. The second batch of fries was missing and the drinks. How are you able to not include the drinks?? I am just shocked how a multi millionaire restaurant is unable to add the items that I have payed for. I didn’t even get a compensation from them as of yet. I am very displeased with this restaurant

Ordered large meal with a coffee, specifically requested THREE TIMES for coffee to be luke warm, NOT HOT. Receive order coffee is boiling, return it, all my other food is getting cold, 15mins later get new coffee - burger bun is dry, no sauce, equivalent to eating sand. Chips are burnt to absolute crisps - disgusting steer well clear of this establishment.

Very rude young people with very little manners. We were treated in a violent and aggressive manner.Mistakes are fine to make, it's great to own them but to come and attack your customers whom kindly asked for it to be fixed is not on.If you are reading this, I wish for you to reach out.I feel as if mistakes are made there regularly and wait times due to it are blown out without any sincere apology made.Won't be returning there again.

I visit here all the time after dropping my son off at daycare. Never really disappointed and quality is consistent. Only issue is they keep asking you to wait in the bay so they can have better time stats but they bays are onconveniently located.

McDonald's Northmead, 225 Windsor Rd, Northmead ~ stopped here for a quick bite to eat ~ about 12.13pm midweek recently ~ plenty of parking. The staff are very friendly and well trained with the self ordering system [needed help on a few items & just asked a staff member close by to clarify something ~ no probs]. For table service you need to grab a number off the counter ~ these should be next to the self serve ordering screens maybe on a bracket or something so you don't have to wonder over to the main service counter only to find someones come through the door and starts using your ordering screen. Wanted a receipt but the machine never prompted for that option. The interface still needs tweaking a bit. Better signage to the amenities at face level rather than high up at ceiling. Look forward to again visiting this store in the near future..
