Worst ever! I waited 3wks to get the Iphone 12 Pro Blue, but received Gold color! She told me to wait another 4 wks!Moreover! I didn’t tell her to activate the Telstra when I ordered the phone. But they charged automatically from my account!She makes me so mad!I am going to cancel the order!

Just writing this to say that Rachel did an awesome job of rescuing me from the Internet dark ages. She answered all of my (many) questions throughout the whole process with positivity and patience, in spite of the system inexplicably crashing on us. Rachel is an amazing customer service representative, she was a pleasure to deal with, and Telstra is lucky to have her.

Great service, appointment taken on time and cleared everything up very easily. Way better than Armidale Telstra store. When the Glen Innes office closed causing stress on the other stores in the area (real cold hearted city decisions that effects an aging rural population that relies on the “best” telecommunications network Aus has to offer), but the staff at Inverell were very understanding. 1000% over the Armidale store. If you’re from Glen Innes and have to travel the hour to sort something out (fairly ridiculous for a company that touts caring about “local” people), but this store is by far your best bet!
