I live interstate and last minute ordered a friend of mine a gift hamper to cheer them up - forgetting initially it was Valentines Day, one of the busiest days for a flower shop - and was pleasantly surprised to find out it had already been delivered not 4 hours later on the same day. Amazing work, and I am very grateful!

10/10 guys, above & beyond...Easy online ordering, got two calls, the first to change an item to a different colour of choice, the second to let me know delivery may be delayed due to a highway closure near delivery destination.The end result was a smile on my daughter's dial with an unexpected beautiful arrangement & bits". I placed my order for flowers to go to the Launceston General Hospital, late in the afternoon and the girl I spoke with Chelsea was very friendly and helpful and courteous. My flowers arrived within the half hour of ordering and they looked absolutely stunning with all the beautiful vibrant colours and looking so fresh. My daughter really enjoyed waking up to see them by her hospital bed. Such a beautiful display that I would say is the best I have seen. I can highly recommend The Flower Shoppe for any occasion.

A BIG thank you for helping me select the flowers and the glorious chocolates which my daughter received this morning. She was so surprised, and was touched when the delivery man wished her a Happy Birthday. I really appreciated the photo of the flowers and chocolates before they were sent. Living interstate I was nervous about using a florist unknown to me. I will highly recommend your business and the professional and friendly manner I received. Flowers were amazing. I phoned from Adelaide to arrange flowers to be delivered to my daughter for her Birthday. The lady on the phone was so polite and helpful and arranged for the flowers to be sent that same afternoon. I recommend this company.

I have been a customer of The Flower Shoppe, Launceston for many years. My family and I cannot speak more highly of the service provided by Cheryl and her team. From flowers, hampers, perfume and celebratory drinks, the attention to detail never fails. Would highly recommend this business.
