Springfree Trampoline Sunshine Coast – Trampolines QLD

We purchased our Springfree trampoline 5 years ago. The zip broke on the netting 2 and half years after purchase and the stitching started deteriorating around the same time on the matting. The kids have enjoyed the trampoline and it was great in the first two years. As parents, we are really disappointed in the quality of the trampoline for the high price tag. We purchased the Springfree trampoline because of the warranty and thought that that would justify the high priced tag. Please read the warranty very carefully before you purchase this trampoline. We had a cheaper trampoline before we purchased this one and it lasted longer. The matting and netting only having 2 year warranty and oh by the way, if you live within 1.6km of the coast line effects the warranty. Contacted Spring free and they offered 25% discount on new matt and netting which are currently out of stock. Definitely wouldn't recommend! Wish we bought the cheaper trampoline for better value as the price does not pay off.

The Springfree Team delivered and installed our jumbo trampolione within a week of ordering and they were very professional and a delight to deal with (both installers and customer service/sales staff). Our 3 children under 6 are thrilled with their new trampoline that will provide hours of entertainment. We look forward to purchasing some of the accessories in time as the kids grow

After 10 years of solid use by 7 grandkids and, at times, their parents too, we began to see the stitching on the outside of the mat begin to fray.We chose to replace the mat, contacted Springfree customer care (who took the time to ensure through photos and purchase history that they knew exactly which one we needed) and voila…It’s like new again :)Such great service!

My kids are absolutely loving their Springfree Trampoline! We purchased the medium oval and it is the perfect size for our 3 little kids. It fits nicely in our backyard compared to round trampolines which take up more space. Me and my partner were able to put it together ourselves in about 3hrs. It took a lot of strength but we managed! The video instructions were straight forward and easy to understand.We highly recommend!!

We love our new Springfree Trampoline! It is a lovely looking new addition to our backyard and has a much nicer look to it than the traditional spring trampolines. It has a great bounce and being able to use the entire mat surface area is good as well. Setup was relatively easy, the hardest parts being getting the initial net setup right and then inserting all of the rods to the mat, there is definitely a technique but nothing we couldn't overcome. The video instructions on the Springfree website solved all of our issues and were a great resource.

So happy with our Springfree Trampoline! It’s solid, sturdy and honestly the quality matches the price. It’s a long term investment, so we didn’t want to cheap out on a trampoline of substandard quality and safety. Definitely worth it! Also, my husband put it together himself after watching the online tutorials, it wasn’t too difficult for him at all. My only issue would be with the zippers being a bit stubborn and tricky to close, especially for kiddos, but seeing as though I’m supervising them I can do it myself.

After 8 years of bounding, 3 house moves, and 365 days x 8 years of weather, our poor old Springfree required a new mat, net and basketball ring. Ordered easily over the phone, home delivered as promised, swapped everything over (after a clean of the frame and all the rods), and it's now back like the day Santa delivered it. As a family, we can't be happier and look forward to many more years of use by our now 14, 13 & 10yo's. Kyle Paten and family

I was seriously impressed with the way springfree went about things. In my situation, I had purchased the trampoline a few weeks out from a sales event launching. The team actually called me and offered me the sale price after the fact.Product is great and service was better. Highly recommend

Absolutely love this trampoline, the best Christmas gift for my 2 children aged 1and 3 years. It's large and extremely sturdy which makes it very safe for my kids to jump on. The UV cover and wheels I bought were great additions that allow my kids to jump even when it's really hit and sunny and the wheels make it really easy to move around. I'm glad we bought the Springfree Trampoline as it's definitely the best on the market.

Just be aware these trampolines are absolute rusty buckets. I would strongly suggest putting some rough preventative oil eccetera up the pipes. There are so many being given away on Marketplace completely rusted out
