It was my first visit to this place & I can say I am very impressed. I went for a hair cut & it was the best hair cut I ever got. Nadia and Soniya make me feel comfortable with great customer service. They use high-quality products and were very professional. I am truly satisfied with the service and highly recommend it.

I initially did not give this place a good review. My haircut was not what I was expecting. 2 shorter in fact. But now that it has settled in it is the best my hair has ever looked. I thought I knew what would look good on my hair

I have had a good experience during all my visits to Shijos. I have used couple of their services including hair cutting, threading and waxing. Sonia did a wonderful job during my last two visits. Would definitely recommend to others.

An incredible service… I went there for keratin treatment, Shijo and Nadia did an amazing job! My hair has never looked better.. What they did was absolute magic... Highly recommend this place ❤️

Based on my experience, I am really surprised how this business has such a high rating (which is part of the reason why I chose to use this salon). While the staff are relatively nice to deal with, I found it difficult to communicate with the various staff members. It was even difficult to even make a booking, I called twice and then sent an email. I had a number of issues with the service I was provided, which have now been resolved. One issue was that during my waxing, I had small bits of skin on my hand removed from the wax (I was refunded for this service). I spoke to Nadia about this and she was really sympathetic. I note, they didn't offer me the refund but I had to ask for it. The second issue is that I was charged prices which were not consistent with the prices listed on their website. I chose to use their services based on the pricing listed on the website and when I paid I trusted that I was being charged the correct amount. When I spoke to Nadia about the pricing, I was a bit concerned that the prices she was quoting still didn't add up to the total I was charged. I was also told that the website pricing was no longer correct. I ended up getting back the price difference between what I was charged and the website prices (again, only because I asked for it, this wasn't offered to me). Please note that this experience only relates to the waxing services.
