Very happy with the end to end experience and the result.I contacted them via email and we got an inspection within a matter of days and the floors (quick step laminate) were done within less than 3 days. Installers took less than a day and the result looks awesome - couldn't be any happier. Throughout the process the team was very responsive and always came back to my emails within less than a day.

The quality and service of the work was excellent. The Waterloo team and Casey was very professional and so helpful- they helped us with moving the bigger furniture around while they were on the job so we didn’t have to empty out the place. We are in a 2 bedder appartment and the job was done in just one day, we are very impressed and thank you!

Professional service.Timber flooring ( waterloo) provided excellent service through out. Fast and very competitive quotation. Laid the entire floor in 1 day including removing and reinstalling skirting. Nice installers that managed to move all furniture around, helped putting it back too. I have high expectations and all of them where met with a friendly manner

Back to Timber Waterloo were extremely impressive. Even at quoting stage, the team were extremely professional and efficient, providing an in-home inspection and detailed, competitive quote in less than 24 hours.. all on a Saturday!The installation process was also seamless, with the work being completed all in one day. The guys were able to move my furniture around so that I didn't have to empty my home.All in all, an amazing experience and I would highly recommend Back to Timber to anyone considering replacing their flooring.

Timber Court Flooring is one of the most professional companies from the administration staff to the floor board layers. The price is reasonable and all employees go above and beyond to assist with your needs. Your place is left spotless too at the end of everything. I would highly recommend.
