I have engaged Ingwersen and Lansdown for many years in their capacity relating to my property purchases/selling and my involvement as executor of a Will/estate of a close relative. I have found service professional and considerate. In this recent case though I was very disappointed that I was not informed during initial discussions of a very recent change in the lawyer practice policy whereby one's original Will would no longer be kept with the lawyers but instead provided back to the client. If I had known this ahead I would not have engaged this lawyers for preparing a Will as I consider having a lawyer hold the original Will a useful service. Thus given the expense compared to other options I can only advise that one questions whether it is sufficiently advantageous to engage with this practice for this service of Will preparation compared to alternatives.

2nd Propery sold and all the same again through the sale with our realestate agent, Not through fault of Ingwersen & Lansdown this was again a stressful and antagonising sale of a property I have ever been through. If it was not for the professionalism, conpassion and understanding of the staff of Ingwersen & Landsdown we would of broken emotionally and psycologically.Thank you again
