This team takes customer service seriously! Made an online order and my free gift was out of stock! Called the girls to see if there was anything else I could have in place of the free gift. They went and checked their stock for me, confirmed that they did in fact have some and that they’d pack them in for me. Amazing service and even though they must have been so busy they didn’t rush me off the phone on Christmas Eve. Thank you girls!

I had a lovely apprentice named Hara dye my hair, she was so nice and made me feel super comfortable. I absolutely love how my hair turned out and couldn't ask for better.

Annie absolutely nailed my hair from regrowth scalp bleach and toner. I had a band from my last hairdresser and I was driving through and found them last minute as have an event in a few days. I wish she was closer to where I live. The other girls were friendly too. Will be back if I am back in Victoria.

My hair appointment got canceled last minute else where and needed my hair done by the weekend as I had a function to attend. I stopped by and was served by Deb and she did everything she could to get me in before the weekend. I had my appointment on Thursday night and unfortunately Deb couldn’t do it so I had Brittany. What a bubbly beautiful talkative person she was and she actually listened to what I wanted and still kept me blonde without the breakages that I always got else where! I highly recommend the girls there they are very accommodating and make you feel comfortable . I can’t wait for my hair to start growing properly now. Thanks Brittany.

Inlove with my hair. Haven't been to a salon in 5 years and amazing Hava foiled my long hair, she is precise and organised at what she does. All staff was nice and welcoming with a warm cup a tea. So happy with my HAIR!

I've both been pierced, had my hair done by multiple hairdressers here, and received advice from the owner on which clippers to buy for myself as well as products to use on my sensitive skin. I have to say I won't be going anywhere else anymore as the ladies here are not only super informed and very well trained, but are absolutely lovely and make you feel right at home the entire time you're in the shop. It's to the point where I let the ladies decide how to do my hair because I trust them so much. Not to mention they made me a coffee and offered to hang my coat for me when I came in too.
