Quick service but food is at best a 2 out of 5 watery toppings light on toppings and basically not even worth the price - i was desperate because the other Pizza place in the shopping center at the terrace was closed and they are a far better pizza - won't be back sadly.

When someone calls up to place a phone order for delivery, maybe you should lead off with it's cash on delivery only" rather than get all the way thru the order and mention it as an afterthought. People very rarely have cash on them these days."

Woeful. Pizzas bland and unappealing, sauces were lacklustre and bases were like cardboard. 4 pizzas for roughly 50 dollars, you have to be joking for the quality received. Even the slices were not cut correctly, being cut carelessly, some being tiny and some being massive. I expect more from a chain to keep things uniform and at least on par. These were disappointing and subpar. Do not recommend.

Very very very disappointed! Last time, you guys ruined my pizza (was allergic to spice and got spicy chicken after I asked to have it normal) and asked if I wanted a new pizza or a store credit. I asked for a store credit. ITS A LIE AND A SCAM. They DONT do store credits. They tell you this just to make you go away!!! Pathetic. Lying to your customers. I was embarrassed after calling up tonight and asked if I could use my store credit, the phone girl then rudely told me they can't do anything about it when I KNOW they can. Thank you for taking my $30, ruining my pizza, lying to me and embarrassing me

Yes I get pizzas from there very often last week it was Tuesday and Thursday a person who works there Nathan is so so rude on Thursday my 2 pizzas were burnt I walked straight back in and told them and I was told next time you order they will be free so I phoned Sunday night Nathan tried to tell me I hadn’t ordered there since April but as I says to him iv got both times I called in my call log and when I order pick up iv never been asked for my phone number you tell them what you want that you’ll be picking it up and give them a name and they usually say ok it’ll be around 15 mins so to be totally disrespectful kepted me on the phone for half hour telling me he was calling other people and as soon as it got to 10pm said sorry we can’t do anything now because we are shut I called at 9:25pm most of the staff there are pleasant but every time you go there and Nathan is working everything is an effort and he doesn’t know how to smile and his very rude and short as I said everything is an effort for him he just can’t be bothered even trying to be nice as I said I’d go there couple times per week never again iv been told the pizza place in near the taxi rank in woollys carpark have great pizzas a lot of people have told me that so I’ll be going there from now on he needs to get a job where his not working with the public very disappointed.
