Job was carried out well and they turned up early and communicated well.However, Plumbers charge way too much, twenty minutes of work was literally a days pay for me. My work is just as important, I am not sure how they get way with these charges tbh.

Great service! Highly recommend Outright to anyone looking for well priced, prompt and professional service.Urgently needed a hot water system replacement at our rental property, called them in the late afternoon and the hot water system was replaced by 10am the next morning.10/10 would recommend.

Excellent service and work. I am very grateful for the work they provided with a temporary plumbing solution, whilst they were waiting for approval to attended to my building’s communal plumbing issue. This issue was later fixed quickly, despite its complexity, once they were given approval to do so. Thank you very, very much!

I had blocked and broken stormwater pipes. Chris inspected the site and with uncanny ability identified and exposed multiple problems. Chris together with Kai worked speedily to effect the most efficient solutions. Thank you Chris and Kai for your care and respectful attention to myself and to the job.

This star rating is well deserved. On time, professional and really nice folks. They sorted our drainage problem quickly and effortlessly. Would definitely use them again. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Outright plumbing have an a mm amazing group of people working there. Nick was very helpful and accommodating to our changing needs and when it came to the install him and Kai did a stellar job with the plumbing. Very tidy. Hamish their electrician w was also very easy to work with and left a very neat space. This from the office was also a pleasure to work with and very understanding of our time pressures for this piece of work.Many thanks all!

Outright maintenance were very professional on the phone and had someone come out and look at the leak straight away.Kai arrived on time, he was very professional, and after a short discussion went straight to work. He was able to locate the leak, describe the work, and fix the leak. he also did his due diligence and insure that there were no other leaks.Overall very happy with the service start to finish and would highly recommend. We will definitely use them again if required.

From the moment I approached Chris & explained the problem, he advised what was wrong. Chris & Nick are very professional, experienced and always explained what they found and how they were going to do fix the problem & advised the cost. They are very easy to get along with. Always on time. I would use them again and 100% recommend Chris and Nick. Extremely happy with their work.

Pat was great- he came to quote my job and was very patient with me explaining what would need to be done.Nick came a few days later to install my dishwasher, a bit of an unusual installation, but he was fantastic.A genuinely good company to deal with, wouldn’t hesitate to use them again should the need arise, and fairly priced.
