I had a terrible experience with this shop. I was rushed into buying a tree by a pushy salesman who assured me I could return the tree if it was too big. I got it home and realised it was too big, but when I tried to return it they refused to let me saying the box had to be unopened - which was not communicated to me when I purchased it. Big Waste of money and a very disappointing experience.

A bossy shop assistant was going around telling all lights are 20% off only today. She approached us at least 3 times, offered help etc. When were paying, she ordered the cashier to wear mask immediately because the case numbers are increasing. She didn’t care we are there waiting for her to finish the lecture.The 20% did not apply and we asked the cashier. She cut off and said that the discount applies for the LED lights not for the solar, and there is no sign at the solar section. Well she had said ‘all lights’.We bought the lights but the whole shopping experience was unpleasant.

Honestly I would never ever tell anyone to shop at Christmas world. Brand new net lights and I pull them out already with a cut. Great I'm not sure how that will be a buyers fault. Are you supposed to open the net up in store. Customer service for people with faulty purchases where longer then the queue to buy.

Do yourself a favour and avoid these crooks as much as you can. Selling inferior products, their electronical products that do not comply to regulations and standards, not willing to exchange, have a tendency to blame customers for faulty products and fabricate stories. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

Staff are just the friendliest people. I didn't have a face mask but he went round back and got me a fresh one for free anyway. Christmas stock is good quality and unbeatable pricing! Highly recommend!

Shocking experience here, went to buy a real tree and they wanted $250 for it. This is absurd pricing and just taking advantage of people after universally a rough few years for everyone. Ended up getting a wonderful tree for half that price elsewhere that is still going strong. Go elsewhere if you want good service and value for money.

Real Christmas tree prices have really gone up, all $50-$100 more than previous years - and of course no prices on website or even shown at the store, you have to ask. e.g. 6ft tree is now $250. Woolworths and Coles are selling pretty comparable trees at $100.

Lots of beautiful things to buy for Christmas and lovely staff

Don’t waste your time coming here. Everything is so overpriced. The quality is absolutely terrible. Christmas lights are at least 3x more expensive than Bunnings, Kmart or anywhere else. The Christmas trees are ridiculously priced, upwards of $300 minimum for a very average tree. Anything decent size is $500+. Decorations, all cheaply made from China. A plastic cup with a Santa and straw is $12, reduced from $18.. it’s just not right. This should be no more than $2. Overall, a very disappointing experience and will never go there again.

My Christmas tree was completely dead a 10days after buying it from them. I purchased a green tree for (what I thought was pretty expensive) $150 on the 4th December. As soon as we got it home we realised, it didn't even smell. Not even two weeks later and the tree is brown and dead. We made sure there was water daily because we saw it's fairly steep decline. This has never happened until late January before. They are impossible to get hold of, the phone rings out and emails go unanswered. Of course this would have to happen the year all the family are over from around the world and we are hosting at our place, gah!Instead of buying your tree here, spend the time to drive to a tree farm, it'll be more joyful and the tree will last at least a month. And you wont have to deal with the worlds worst customer service!
