The dirty and dead behind the eyes employees don’t want to be there. No eye contact. Stingy with their food, had to ask for a decent standard serve and they charged extra. No one wears name badges. The people running this circus need training. I thought Subway don’t train people to be friendly, you hire friendly people…

I ordered a subway combo at 1:10pm on the 7/05/22 and a dark Sheila served me first she told me that the combo for a drink, 2 cookies and a 6 inch sub was $4.80 and when I was ready to pay for it she made me pay $12.20 for it. I don't even have enough money to buy my mum a lothers day gift now. She was slow, got the price wrong to my order and didn't want to be there. I got my bread toasted and it wasn't even toasted!! The cookies didn't taste nice and the drink that I got tasted like water. I want a refund because the service there was terrible and I was made to pay more than what the Shelia told me to pay!! I won't ever come here again!!

Not only was the elder lady rude and impatient with me and my kids, there was more wrap than filling, guessing u ran out of Reg Wraps.. meat ball roll was cold!!!! Worse place ever, never again..

The reviews speak for themselves. There is a reason this store has such a poor rating. I’ve ordered from here twice and had a poor experience both times. While the customer service is adequate, the attention to detail and care is literally on another planet. There are so many other subways in Mackay. I’d recommend driving the extra mile to visit a different store.

Went in the other night and it was terrible. The girl with the face piercing employee needs to be let go/fired.She was SLOW, didn't follow instructions both from customer side and another employee, having to have the customer repeat the question 4 times as the customer has health issues, didn't follow other employees instructions when my partner was waiting for the food to be made.Terrible experience and this was our second time visiting. I'll for sure order some where else as this isn't a restaurant.

Very slow, burnt my bread and their meat is not organised. Their meat is everywhere in different meat. Unsafe. The salad is the same. Just looks like they chuck all the lettuce tomatoes carrots ect all over each other. Never again. Should of gone to north Mackay subway

Just came out of this Subway. The old woman has absolutely NO human respect let alone customer service skills. As a hospitality worker myself, I understand and acknowledge the idea of customer service. The lady who served me rolled her eyes multiple times after incorrectly making my order when I had tried to correct her. The young girl working alongside her (she looked like a new worker and was having trouble with the till) asked a question to which the old woman sighed and rolled her eyes, not correcting/answering the poor girls question… i feel sorry for the young girl just wanting a part time job, she deserves better. P.s the younger girl had better service skills than the fossil… only gave 2 stars for the her…

I think 1 out of the last 5 orders I’ve had from this place has been almost correct.Placing an app order should be straight forward. I can only assume that the people this store hires can’t read, because I honestly don’t understand how you can stuff up orders that badly. And it’s not like one thing is missing. Meat isn’t cooked, all sauces completely missing, half the salad on one sub is either completely swapped around or not what you ordered. Basically have to pull everything apart when I get home and recreate the order properly. Done with subway now. App has been deleted.

Careless cross contamination, the person walked away when I got to the counter to pay?Sad amount of salad added, super unorganised and disappointed. We will go to Mt P in future. I wish I read the other bad reviews before we went there
