very knowlegable and very well priced. diagnosed the issue straight away. got my Granfather clock back up and running and keeps accurate time after 2 years of not working. wont take my clock anywhere else to be serviced in the future. very well reccomended.

I have had two mantel clocks repaired / serviced. Kai is very knowledgeable when it comes to getting these masterpieces restored to their former glory. The wait time can take a while, but when it's done, you'll have it for a lifetime.I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT IF YOU NEED ANY WORK DONE ON ANY CLOCK THIS IS THE MAN TO DO IT.!!!

Everything was exactly as I'd been advised. No last minute price adjustment, ready exactly when I was told, even told the clock name. And this after being told by another click repairer it couldn't be repaired.Absolutely thrilled!!!

Had my AMS wall clock serviced about a year ago. Well priced and still running beautifully. I transported it home and couldn't get it to tick evenly, co called him and he talked me through the fix over the phone and offered to come out if I couldn't do it myself. Great service.
