Affordable, convenient and very efficient! This will definitely be my new regular spot to get SNS nails done

People got bad experiences here which I am not so sure why. Yes I was feeling a bit weird when I set in the shop, the service is not the best in the city, the quality were not the best in the city, however you pay what you get. I’ve done my nails with gel manicure or whatever it it. I paid 60, great job (at least for now looking good still) whereas I paid 130 at another Korean shop. They both done well, so i will give it another go next time.

I will be honest and say that i was scared to go in because of the reviews but I absolutely love my nails. For the price, the service is excellent.The guy who did my nails was gentle, accurate and welcoming. I got what I wanted, results were great. Thanks to the guy!

If i could give less than one star, I genuinely would. I stopped getting my shellac manicure done here months ago because of how terrible the job was. I recently made the mistake of calling in for a basic pedicure. The staff member made two of my toes bleed, then proceeded to rub cuticle oil into it, seemingly in an attempt to try to stop the bleeding. After she injured the second toe, I asked her to stop immediately. Also, she appeared to realise about 10 minutes into the pedicure that she had forgotten to put her gloves on. Leaves me feeling concerned about hygiene processes also. I left and won't be returning again for any service.

HORRIBLE SNS. When finishing they wouldn't remove the glue or dry powder from under the nails.. they told me my nails were just very dirty and that was reason the skin on my fingers was glued to the nail!! How disgraceful and rude. They even argued with me and persisted I had dirty nails. If I wanted the dried powder and glue removed from under my nails I would have to do it myself as it's not part of their service! Even though I paid for manicure + sns. I don't know many ladies that have dirty fingernails!!! Or customers that accept skin glued to nails.All the other customers heard this too which made the atmosphere very uncomfortable.The color I picked also isn't what they put on my fingers. I give them Zero stars and won't be back

I felt like the female staff were so angry and annoyed. I didn't feel comfortable with them doing my nails or even waxing. However the guy was very polite and professional, I would only ever go back if it was him doing my nails. Prices are very reasonable 2 stars for that and the guy, lost 3 for the 2 angry girls.

Very disappointed both at service and quality after giving it a few tries. Inconsistent quality of the nail manicures and pedicures. They also don't honour their loyalty cards when they make changes. Also I was charged extra without knowing as the extra cost" wasn't even clearly listed. As a customer

So rude! Very abrupt ....not “how can I help you” but and abrupt “what?” I felt uncomfortable through out the whole service, I got a very basic shellac mani, but she kept going from one client to another, no gloves no washing her hands in between, no mask and really bad breath, won’t ever go here again, unhygienic and just rude staff! H as of way through I looked around and realised how dirty the nail salon was and wanted to run!

I’ve been gong here regularly for 3 years for nails and waxing. Anna particularly is great at waxing and French shellac nails. They are busy but waiting times are minimal. Great opening hours for those wanting after work appointments.

Friendly staff. Amazing services. Still one of the cheapest manicures and pedicures services in Sydney. It's worth making an appointment for more intense requirements otherwise they are very accommodating if you just walk in. I come here once every 6 weeks to have manicure and pedicure. A welcoming and inviting place and everyone here is super friendly and professional. One of my favourite nails shop in Sydney. Highly recommended.
