Friendly service was greeted with a smile and asked if we needed any help to let them know. Once we needed help they assisted and also kindly gave a discount on ladies shoes we liked to buy. Decent range of items

By far the worst shoes I’ve ever purchased. The manager at this store, Min, sold me a pair of “Larson” shoes. Many bold claims were made, that these would be ‘the most comfortable shoes I’d ever wear’, that they’d ‘take less than a day to stretch into shape’, and on top of that, that I should just try them for a month, and if there are any problems, that I could bring them right back.A bit less than three weeks later, the shoes were causing me a huge deal of pain and discomfort, I returned to the store to see if they could help. Another manager, Tim, initially told me he didn’t know what the problem was, and was very disinterested in listening to my explanation.Finally, he told me that the problem was that I was wearing them too often, and that their shoes are only designed to be worn once ever three days at a maximum. At a total loss for words to describe how absurd this concept is, I asked to return the shoes, as I buy shoes in order to walk in them daily. Tim adamantly refused to honour Min’s guarantee, and advised me that they have so many dissatisfied customers that ‘they’d be out of business if they offered refunds’ - which I think tells you everything you need to know about this store.I asked that he speak with Min about her guarantee, and call me back, which they promised to do by the end of the week. Predictably, they didn’t call. I tried to pursue the matter further, returning to the store, Tim again claimed that he couldn’t speak to Min, and therefore couldn’t do anything about refunding my purchase, but that she would call me the next day.Of course, I never heard from them.Now, a mere 6 weeks after purchase, the shoes are already falling apart, I’m still in pain, and I’m out a huge amount of money.If you still consider buying from this store despite my story, do bear in mind that they advise that their shoes are not designed to be worn regularly.Avoid this store at all costs.

I've been shopping with Brando or years now and I have never had a problem with their shoes. They have a great range of designs and the quality is fantastic!!

Been here with family to look for suits for our dads, ended up getting a pair of shoe for myself. It was sooooo comfy! And the lady served us was Anna (Ann) was very nice and recommended few nice things to my mom.Some of their last pair shoes looked pretty old/second hand. However, if you look further, you might find a gem there.

Best shoes I have owned! I know have 4 pairs and love them all. Wear them most of the time. Great quality, style and price

Decent range, decent prices but horrid service. Don't expect the manager Vince to get back to you about bringing in clothing that fits. Despite 3 phone calls, 1 email, 1 text I had to go in store, and wait until he had arrived then request a refund. Thankfully got it. If you're going to buy clothes off the rack, fine, but don't expect them to go any further for you. Won't return to these stores again, won't recommend them to others. Will be wary when it comes to retail.Buyer beware.

I got a pair of Burgundy Oxford Iver from here. The gentleman at the shop that day was very helpful and gave me extensive advices on which one I should purchase.Will definitely come back when I need another pair.

Wow! the online ordering service is so fast.I ordered one pair of shoes and they where in my country NewZealand and delivered the next day! Then I ordered another pair of shoes and they didn't have my size, So big thanks to Megan who managed to get another pair back and sent out to me again so fast! Really good service from Megan and Brando Australia. Cant thanks you guys enough, will buy again off you guys without any hesitation and highly recommend to anyone out there!
