Calm, and welcoming atmosphere. The menu were well done and mouth watering. The wait wasn't long and the service was quick. The churros snack box were simple and delicious, including my milkshake of cookie n cream

The place is nice and cozy. Love the interiors. And the gelato corner.. On the other note, some of the tables are a bit dirty though. (Crumbs everywhere)As for the food they are delectable. Just not have the wow factor in my opinion.As for ordering, we used the app and service was fast.

The first thing that happened when I walked into the shop, I was greeted by the most friendliest staff that was working there at that time. Eiden was her name. She recommended us what were the best dessert to buy and helped answered all my question. Once we ordered, she showed us her favourite seats that were away from the crowd. She made sure that I was well look after and comfortable and was very polite. I will never forget this experience. 5/5 customer service and humour.

The Spanish hot chocolate was really good. The san churro cake and ice cream just did not do it for us. Service was quite slow but the staff were pleasant and very apologetic. Toilets were quite dirty. Lots of place to sit.

After a long day at work and what seemed like an even longer time shopping, we walked into San churros. After ordering we were lost, an angel saw this and showed us where we may rest in the quiet we so eagerly desired. She then brought this delicious drink over to me and make some warm jokes and comments. She was almost a dear friend I hadn’t seen for years. After a few amazing encounters, we found out her name. This angel had a name. Her name is Eiden.

Really disappointed today. Not one table inside or outside was clean. All had past customers plates/cups still on them. Asked a staff member to clear one for us and it took ages to happen. The whole time we were there tables weren’t cleared. Orders took forever to come out. They were often sitting on counter waiting for staff to take them out. Churros were over cooked and didn’t look right. Not sure what was going on but hesitant to go back if this is what San Churro is like these days.
