Fantastic customer service from Tarren Point staff with a V11 vacuum 2.5 years old and serviced for free under warranty.Dropped it off on Saturday at 9 am and picked up 1 pm the same day, totally awesome service.Highly recommended

Visited the store directly on the back of speaking to people who recommended the service highly. Was not disappointed. Julie and Joe were a pleasure to work with. Went in with a out of warranty Dyson V6 and left with a V10 at a wonderful price. Honest, professional and willing to do all they could in their authority to provide wonderful customer service and a wonderful experience. Recommended.

Second time I have dealt with Dyson at Taren Point. The staff are unbelievably friendly and helpful. I had an issue with our handheld which was fixed while I waited with no charge. You pay for quality in a Dyson, nice to know it also includes the best after market assistance.

Simple and easy transaction. Service was good. Dyson need a system to confirm part availability before visiting the service centre. Otherwise it’s a wasted trip. As I live nearby wasn’t an issue for me. Their customer service line advised that information wasn’t available to them.

So impressed with the service we received at the Dyson repair centre in Taren Point last week. We brought in a V7 stick vacuum for repair and we’re assisted by Julianne (?) (hope I got that name right… )Julianne could see that my disabled friend was in need of some help and went over and above by replacing worn parts with no charge although I suspect that after reading other reviews, this level of excellence is par for the course at Dyson. Well done and thank you, it’s genuinely appreciated .

Fantastic service. I was having trouble with my vacuum. The power button wasn't working properly. When I spoke to the lovely lady she sent me a text enabling viewing through my camera and talked me through trouble shooting while she watched what I was doing and circled the components as we went through so i could clear see what i needed to be doing. Unfortunately the vacuum wasn't under warranty anymore, but she listed options for parts and helped me weigh up pros and cons based on my circumstances for replacement or repair or if I should buy a new vacuum. There was no need for me to try to go to a service centre to get someone else to fix it. She organised parts to be sent fast and assured me that everything was recyclable and easy to install with clear instructions. She was 100% right. What a fantastic company & product!Dyson is well worth the money you pay for the products. I had no idea you could recycle the parts and it's so consumer friendly, not just for the call I made but the convenience of not having to try to make it to service centres, easy to replace parts which can be done at home, they even sent the Allan key and replacement screws with the clear instructions. The company is also environmentally friendly trying to avoid landfill. My vacuum was fixed in 3 days and was being used again, which was great!

Came late on Sat 17/6 for the my vacuum problem. The lady who served me is a very nice person and helpful. Dyson service is extremely outstanding in a different level. Definitely will be my first brand.

Ye I had a few issues with the machine. I've been waiting for a replacement vacuum and might be for another week. I love to vacuum so it's been different and annoying that I don't have one whilst they replace my damaged one. But grateful that they will replace it nevertheless.

I rang the dyson company and I spoke to a nice lady name Renee how happy I was with Ryan who properly explained what I need for my dyson v7 motorhead to clean my floor at home. I'm really happy with my motorhead fluffy that Ryan recommended and its a big change for me at home instead of using the motorhead direct on a hard floor it also pick up hairs. Now I also bought a motorhead direct for a carpet floors together with my spare filter. Thanks guys for a professional job. Well done. I will recommend the dyson vacuum to my friends and families and the cleaners of my church.

Recently dealt with Ryan at Dyson in Taren Point NSW. I was in need of a new battery for my Dyson V11. Ryan showed amazing customer service skills. He was very polite, professional and had comprehensive product knowledge. As it happens the battery was still under warranty and Ryan was happy to replace it free of charge. It was a pleasure dealing with Dyson and Ryan.
