Great shopping here at Drake's have been there numerous times and prices are reasonable food is great and fresh.It's got it all Drakes as it's quite a large shop huge deli with a hotbox yummy roast chickens large selection at the bakery nice produce selection as well.The staff are polite and respectful and it's local and as locals need a job we should shop locally more give them a go

Drakes has a good range of products for a smaller supermarket. However, I've noticed they sell out of date food from time to time. I've brought this to the attention of management, and they have removed the out of date items. I always check the use by date if I buy anything there. But Drakes is great if you just need a few items quickly as they are convenient in that respect. Their country style sausages are very nice. Other than that, I prefer the larger supermarkets as their meat range is much nicer to eat.

Horrible customer service today! 06/06/23Served by a sassy women with curly hair at the checkout. Very very rude and offensive. She commented on the way i look and i found it very disrespectful. She then continued to rudely ask me “do u need bags” when i had two bag in my hand already. Like tf do u think, does it look like i need bags?I feel ashamed and disrespected, i will never be returning to drakes at regents park! Instead will be taking my business to IGA Hillcrest, where i don’t get racially profiled and physically touched.Drake is a terrible artist, and i believe the people who work for him are also the same. Especially the one with curly hair.

Drakes supermarket is spacious and clean. The prices are fair and the selection of items is good to. I enjoyed shopping there. Customer service with a smile, not like some others. I will definitely be back to shop. As I said, prices are fair, though could be a little lower, hence the 4 stars only. Over all great place to shop. Well done Drakes.

2 check out staffs tonight were terrible no smile and when they offered plastic bag, we rejected as we brought our own. I was serviced by a young man, and my daughter was serviced by a medium aged woman.They looked at us as racist and pushing our shopping stuffs to our own bag. They are not like the advertising at all.

I love this shop always well stacked and they even have a section that has gift items so beautiful and you have to try their coffee sponge cake with coffee flavoured icing sprinkled with walnuts omg to die for
