Tried to get these guys on the phone over a couple of days and each time I would sit on hold for a long time and then be disconnected before a being able to speak to anybody after the automated service was finished with me. Bit disappointing a company this size is unable to communicate with consumers effectively as I’ve heard good things about their actual work but now I’ve got a local contractor who answers the phone to do the job.

Amazing service. Sid was friendly, knowledgeable and gave good feedback to our request. Sid came on time and was very accommodating to our last minute changes which we are very grateful for. Finally he cleaned up after the work was done leaving no rubbish behind, Very happy with the final result aluminium fence and roller gate.

Harley built us a picture perfect front picket fence with a motorised sliding gate. From quote to build all went seemlessly, thanks so much and would recommend him and VIP to anyone wanting great quality!

Thanks to advice from the manufacturer of Modular Walls, Harley and his team were recommended as skilled installers of their product. From the outset Harley was responsive and timely in both quoting and answering any questions we had. His knowledge of the product was excellent and he made all arrangements seamlessly. Once his team arrived on-site, they took care in their preparations, were friendly and helpful in all interactions, and exhibited skill and determination to do a thorough and accurate job. Installation required a higher level of precision than I had expected, but was carried out extremely well. The end result speaks for itself. We now have one of the key elements of our courtyard remodelling in place and ready for the landscaper to start work. Warren and Isaac, completed the task of “painting” once the fence was constructed. This required four coats over the initial sealant and, because it involved a range of “trade only” compounds, a high level of professional skill. The standard of workmanship was excellent. I thoroughly recommend Harley, Warren and the team, and will happily call Harley next time we need further building work.

Clint (supported by Tony) from VIP fencing constructed a capped picket fence with an automated gate for us. We couldn’t be happier with the result! Clint was great to work with. We were really impressed with his advice for construction of the fence and the competitive pricing compared to other quotes. The job was completed to a very high standard and it looks great!
