PRP Diagnostic Imaging Mona Vale

Waiting times are ridiculous, got told I was gonna wait 10 mins which turn into an hour which made me lose other appointments so if you want efficiency this is not your place

Didn't have an appointment for an urgent issue for two weeks, complained several times that they were backed up due to CoVid. Called to another branch which had an appointment the next business day. Seems that they can see each other's schedule so not sure why this was never suggested as option.

Everyone please be aware PRP Mona Vale are discriminating against people with mask exemptions right now. Denied service last week. Staff also illegally asking to see mask exemptions. As an essential medical service this is highly unethical and quite simply wrong.

This is the first review I’ve written but felt compelled to give a positive experience as mine was nothing like the one below.I came in for a dating scan and the ladies at reception we’re all very bubbly and bright.When taken in for my scan unfortunately the outlook didn’t look great for my pregnancy. The lovely lady who did my US was gentle, kind and very sympathetic to my visible upset. She asked if I had any questions for her or if there was anything she could answer for me, she told me to take my time and explained all the next steps for me. Trying to hold myself together I asked the reception lady if I could please phone her to pay and she kindly said of course, she also noticed me struggling to exit the lift with my pram and came to my aid to assist,I returned for a follow up scan today, greeted by different reception staff and technician. Both of which were just as kind and caring as last week.

I regularly go here for mammograms X-rays & ultrasounds over the years. I’ve never had a problem with them & I love that I never have to wait long. Today I had an ultrasound & injection for bursitis & it was all quick & painless with my questions answered in a friendly manner.

Andrew who did my spinal injections was absolutely incredible. I was in such pain and had no confidence in other doctors, he was so confident when describing the real problem to me. It was seriously a great experience.

Called to make an appointment for an MRI of my knee and told it would cost $430! Since made an appointment elsewhere at a cost of $280. PRP - People are doing it tough at the moment so why are your prices so far above any reasonable charge?

I am not one to leave negative reviews - but I had my first IVF tracking scan today. I was already heightened emotionally and anxious. My technician asked and I told her this was my first round and first scan. I asked her if she would talk me through what she saw, she said no - I was fine with this.. however, I walked out of the clinic anxious and in tears. My technician was cold, unempathetic and she didn't speak to me or look at me except to ask questions about what fertiltiy medication I was on and about my history with PCOS (I don't have, or haven't been diagnosed with this). Her questions felt loaded, intrusive and they put me on edge. I spent the entire day anxious as hell until my doctor called me to tell me everything was fine.I am so overwhelmingly upset at how my first scan was handled, and won't ever be returning to a PRP clinic.

I read a number of the reviews before I went out today. I have to say, I found reception friendly and efficient. I only waited 5 minutes before I was taken in and I was actually early. My xray was professionally done, very efficient and she answered any questions I asked.

The staff at PRP Mona Vale, went well and truly out of their way to help me , their patience trying to find a vein and then under ultra sound with success . A very special thank you to EMMA who went way beyond her job to help me. I’m so so grateful. What others for over 10 years have failed they succeeded . Forever thankful ., anne Heideman
