I recently rented a property with Tony of Cheers and we are very happy with his service. He always replied to all our concerns, even on a Sunday and 9 Pm on a weekday. Tony was very professional & super active. He deserves a pay rise for sure. One of the best PMs I have ever met. Legitimately the best real estate I’ve rented through. Never had an issue with anything! Communication, professionalism and respect for me as a tenant. Tony, Vera and Gian all amazing. If you’re looking for a team that make it a breeze and want it to feel like your home then these are your guys!For the prospective owner, any maintenance related matters or just general management of a property…. Top notch!! These amazing property managers worked and communicated well on all aspects with both myself and the owner.Definitely 100% recommend!!

Tony and the team are amazing. They went above and beyond their call of property management. We wanted to be in quickly when beginning our new tenancy, he stayed till late at night making sure everything was perfect for us to move in immediately. (I was being super impatient). They respected us as tenants and allowed us to live as if it was our very own home. I can honestly say we never had a single issue with any aspect of their services.If you are looking for a change of agent or looking to rent through them, do not hesitate for a moment longer…. Our rental was newly taken over by Cheers, they have gone above and beyond for issues that began with previous property managers in charge. They’ve done more for us in a week than our old real estate did in over 2 years! Very professional and helpful with the tenants best interest.

Unprofessional, never care about tenant. First experience to contact RTA in my life due to one week notice to raise rent.They try to take as much of your bond money as possible too.Felt really tired when rent end with this company contacted us 1000 times. Took 2 weeks to get power bill, of course took 2 weeks get my bond too. Yes it was my first experience too! LolDon’t believe suggested bond cleaning company too, such a terrible service.Thanks cheers for many of first terrible experience!

This agency is the worst I have ever rented through.They asked us to come back and remove the owners propertyThe bond cleaner they recommended did not do the job to their specifications, and the exit check was so pedantic that we got told to fix a 2mm scratch in a wall.Requests for maintenance got ignored, and to replace an oven took four weeks!!!I used the agency as a tenant and as a landlord, but after my tenant experience would not want any of my tenants to have to endure their behaviour.To paraphrase Tina Turner - Simply the WORST""

As a tenant, Cheers Realty were great to us. They were really helpful, fair and pleasant to deal with. In particular, Vera, who was super helpful. I'd highly recommend them to tenants and owners.
