Nice chicken but poor drive through service. Took 25mins to buy BBQ chickens. Won't do that again.

Food and service is great I always love the food from here and the staff are nice just the restaurant looks run down and is missing alot of tables, the kids play area and is falling apart in places.Ill be going back

Your food is OK. Just can’t handle you add (guy on a skateboard) promoting stealing as a fun part of buying your product. Breaking the law is not a way to promote your product.

This store finally has it back together (after a bad run of stock shortages) with being able to provide reasonably consistent standard of food. Chips were hot, bread was fresh, drink was cold, fast & friendly service.

On Monday the 5th of June 23 and we were in there between 12:15-12:30 midday. There was 3 boys serving with 1 of them washing his hands up to his shoulder and another not doing anything. There was an older boy who was just filling food containers. The 2 younger boys were really dirty, just wiping greasy hands on their clothes. We were ignored for at least 5 minutes even though there were no other customers in the store.Eventually I asked for service and got a reply to wait longer. I gave my order and my friend was ignored and had to ask to be served also. I asked for gravy and my friend wanted none but neither of us got any.Have discussed with a number of our friends and they all agree this is the unfriendliest store in Port Macquarie. Although the service tends to be better when the girls are serving.

Fantastic staff. Very friendly, always smiling. They had a big rush for meals both through drive through and inside. They all worked efficiently ensuring orders were completed accurately and the customers didn't have long to wait.Well done guys.
