I would like to thank Nipper and his crew of young workers for outstanding customer service to me and my partner when we needed assistance on the 21/12/2022. We had just disembarked the Spirit of Tasmania with a punctured rear right tyre, after an overnight sail from Melbourne (Geelong). The tyre, a 21 inch Continental brand, fitted to my Mercedes Benz AMG GLC43, was beyond repair. Finding a replacement tyre in Tasmania proved almost impossible. To cut a longer story short, Nipper went above and beyond what a mainlander would expect and eventually tracked down a replacement tyre, a Pirelli, after several hours trying, in Hobart. The car was left at the Wright Street premises overnight and next day he rang to confirm that the new tyre was fitted, all others checked, and my vehicle was good to go!
