Got them to do my end of lease clean - the crew were early, not just on time and did their job thoroughly.Their documentation process was greatly appreciated because it detailed the conditions before, during and after the clean.Highly recommended if you don't want to take chances with a cleaning job.

Zecco had done awesome job! Having all of our belongings locked at apartment for months due to coronavirus and couldn't access it at all as we're overseas were a big headache for us. Luckily, we have Zhi and team helped us with packing, cleaning and sending our valuable stuffs to be sent to our family in Melton and amazingly those works done online without us there! The apartment was cleaned nicely, our packages were wrapped and sent safely. We've got 100% of our bond back. Highly recommend Zecco to anyone in Melbourne or those who still stuck at their country!

I hired Zecco to clean my 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. When I came back to check the place, I was absolutely stunned. Every bit of the house was so shiny and clean, not a single spot had dirt or dust. Zecco would be my go to end of lease cleaner now!!

We had a wonderful experience with Zecco. They did our move out and move in cleans, and we've since engaged them for ongoing domestic cleaning. I'm sure there are cheaper options out there but given the quality of the communication and outcome, it is well worth it. Each time the teams arrived on time, gave accurate estimates of the time it would take to clean the space and were extremely thorough (for example, they cleaned the carpet twice in one room at no extra cost because they felt it wasn't clean enough the first time). Honestly couldn't recommend them enough!

If you're moving house/apartment don't look any further than Zecco. We just moved out of a 2 bedrooms apartment with carpet all over and huge windows. Everything was perfect down to the smallest detail.I will recommend Zecco to anyone I know. Thanks Zhi!

Would not recommend. Much better and more efficient cleaners out there. Customer service is also unpleasant and they try and blackmail you into paying for extras by using scare tactics to say that you "won't get your bond back. regardless if wear and tear from previous tenant or not. By the way this is for a tiny one bedroom apartment. I am now going to go and finish cleaning the apartment myself

As a general manager, It was the best decision to get Zecco involved for providing housekeeping, public area & regular maintenance to our hotel. Zhi is very easy to deal with & very professional. The quality of their job has been unbelievably great. The best thing in the current market is to have enough staff & Zecco always put more than enough staff to not only cover the job but provide highest quality of work. Unlike other hotels, Zecco has never asked us to stop selling rooms because of staff shortage. I have been receiving a lot of compliments about the cleaning standard in the hotel since Zecco took over. Thank you Zhi for amazing work. I will surely recommend Zecco to other hotels.

Zecco and his team did the cleaning carefully and carefully. I live in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. Since I moved in with a contract transfer, the house has not been cleaned, and I encountered an epidemic, and it has not been cleaned for almost a year and a half. This time Zecco and his team, from the kitchen, the toilet to the wall, handled every little detail very carefully, making this house look like a brand new one, and allowing me to get back the bond completely.

I hired Zecco for end of lease cleaning in one property and steam carpet cleaning for another. For the premium they charge you would expect top notch service and communication but unfortunately nope. Generally, communication is extremely poor. They contact you about the scheduled job through this special messaging function they use but it’s unreliable and you can’t tell if the message has been received on their end.When they came for steam carpet cleaning, not only they were late but also uncontactable. It is only through their customer service telephone receptionist.For the end of lease cleaning, my appointment was scheduled on a Sunday. No confirmation prior to that and no form of contact I could use to confirm either come Sunday morning. The biggest issue was they missed a big mess behind the washing machine with hair and dust. This is after I had paid extra for services like scuff removal from the walls, white goods cleaning etc. When they completed the job, they rushed off without giving me a chance to inspect in their presence, saying that they had already took pictures for my inspection, as if that was enough. (clearly not) What was worst was when my agent contacted them to come back, they tried to charge us extra for parking fee?! You would think after getting paid almost 700$ for subpar cleaning, you would cop the small street parking fee? If everything was hunky dory I would not have qualms paying. In short, there are other services with probably better standards and service at a much lower price. Terribly disappointed. I didn’t want to leave this review but since your team insisted on a review, here it is.
