4 Staff members - arrived at 9:40 for printing. And all they care is just standing on their own and having their chit chats. Worst customer service experience and this is not just once - it's always the same case scenarioOfficeworks should get standard if this printing section working properly. Staff here are neverminded about customers and in their own.

Tried calling twice no answer just went on hold music and the voice recorder confirms unable to take your call and call ends and in one other call voice recorder is trying to take rating from a scale of0-10 how likely we would recommend office works to friends surely with such service no one can answer call at 7.45am and no service provided the scale rating would be one fat 0.

Went to Auburn Officeworks to get a passport photo done yesterday at 9am. The uninterested girl at the desk said they had no consumables to do the photo. We asked if she could call another Officeworks to check if they had the same problem? This was the biggest inconvenience of her life and she muttered something under her breath and added an eye roll and walked off . I was told they don't call other stores....even though the store was almost empty and they weren't busy at all. That's up to the customer i was told!.Its a shame you can't leave NO stars for this store! Officeworks please train your staff to be polite and helpful !

I was just at your store and just finished with shopping at the cashier. The cashier named Hussein was very friendly and very professional. While I was being served, I witnessed very unprofessional, disrespectful behaviour by your staff member named Kassie/Cassie/Kassy (not sure about spelling of her name), she was accusing another team member of chewing gum and even made her open her mouth to show her that she wasn’t chewing gum. It was very disturbing view for customers and very embarrassing moment for that staff member. I recommend that Cassie needs to learn manners and respect, and not to bully staff members in front of customers. I am happy to discuss my experience via phone if you are willing to know more.

A fantastic Officeworks with a large range of products and free parking. The store is very clean and open for a wide range of hours. Officeworks have a click and collect as well as delivery options.I love the headphones available from here as they have low priced sets of headphones from $2.I normally get the ones with a mic they're $4.50.Great range of products seeking to have everything you need to run a great office.

Horrible customer service. Rudeness was to next level. I went at around 11:30am and asked a female staff if they have luggage weighing scale. She showed me the luggage. I said i don't want luggage and looking for scale. She said i was being rude which is not true and she ended of the conversation saying i have a different accent. Totally unfair as customer . Need to be trained how to deal with customer

Total chaos - as usual not one staff member on checkout and about 10 people standing in line - growing all the time. I DO NOT blame the staff. Who owns / franchises this store? Wentworthville is heaps better, though smaller, and is now my go to store.

The range of products and services is awesome. You can take a flash memory card there and print colour photos or documents for binding etc.I found some nice little stationery items for my lesson diary, like liquid paper and eraser etc.Lots of experienced staff there to help when needed.

Jacob helped us to find the right chair and table and he also helped us carry these items to the car park and moved them into the car. Beyond his responsibilities in the shop. Very kind person. Many thanks for your help.
