Friendly staff. Excellent knowledge of stock and good customer service. If they don't stock it, they'll order it in. Great selection of books.Offers bookclubs. Great way to meet others with similar interests.

The book selection here is decent, exceptional for a small town with lots of beautiful fun books great for gifting and pouring into - the sorts that make you excited to read. That being said, I find the staff here exceedingly cold each time that I have visited and it makes me feel uncomfortable when reentering. only to be met each time with the same attitude, regardless of which staff member is on. I find this particularly strange because they are always so lovely on the phone.

I ordered a book early November and paid a deposit. I called just before Christmas and was rudely told to wait for a call. It is now the end of March and still no message.

A beautiful and well laid out bookstore with an excellent selection. The staff are really friendly and also offer a gift wrapping service for a nominal fee. Books are well priced and there is something here for everyone.

This is a wonderful local bookstore in Warragul. I live in Melbourne but my folks are in Warragul. And due to current restrictions with COVID-19 I’m unable to visit. I wanted to organise a gift for my dad on Father’s Day and as he is an avid history reader, I rang Need2Read to see if they could deliver Mark Dunn’s ‘The Convict Valley’. The lady I spoke with was lovely and not only did she gift wrap the book and include a personal card from me, she hand-delivered the book to my parent’s home in Warragul. I don’t think she even charged any extra for this, she did it as a favour. My Mum hid the book until Father’s Day and Dad was suitably surprised and impressed yesterday. Thanks so much Need2Read. I highly recommend this bookstore to anyone in Warragul and beyond!
