Jeremy helped me install and fit my supplied LED indicator which was advertised to have a built-in resistor. However, upon installation, the indicator hyperflashes as expected due to LED drawing less power than incandescent bulb. He sourced me an external load resistor within the same day and fitted it with no issues. 5/5 for customer care and service.

The guys here are great, in the last 6 months i have used their services 3 times and every time has been straight forward. They knew the issue and were able to fix each time quickly and without huge cost. I recommend these guys without hesitation

Took my 2017 VW polo for an aircon regas and to have some globes replaced. They were upfront that they couldn’t find a leak so put some dye in to assist in diagnosis as the pressure test was normal. Got the call that the job was done, so collected the car. Drove home and the number plate light warning immediately came on (I was after closing time) . Pulled over and took a look and it was obviously hanging out so just plugged it back in..Two days later I had a noxious smell coming from the aircon. A couple more days later it was no longer cold. So I booked it back in and they diagnosed that the evaporator needed to be replaced which is a time consuming and therefore expensive job plus the genuine vw part is quite expensive. The person serving me kindly said he should be able to locate an aftermarket evaporator which would at least get that side of the costs down to a more reasonable level.After waiting over a week for a call back.. nothing but crickets. So I gave them a call and the guy who answered basically said yeh nah we didn’t find one aye ” then hung up. So far $175 down the toilet on the aircon and no closer to a solution. Thanks guys appreciate the help and customer service.. Attention to detail on the lights obviously wasn’t great either."
