We hired Temp21 team to install ducted evaporative cooling system in our house. Imran & his team clearly knows their work and recommended the best possible product for our house. He timely provided the quote & installed the system on the provided dates. Proactive in providing all the details about the cooling system & steps to maintain it for better use. Imran was good in communication & helped us by answering our queries & concerns without any hesitation. The best part is their customer services, they were actively check-in after we asked them for a help to understand the user manual & remote control. Overall, best experience with Temp21 and will always recommend them to my family & friends.

I decided to call Temp21 after reading their reviews and also viewing all their photos of previous jobs they have for viewing on google and their facebook page. Imran took my call and said he was nearby and could call in around 15 minutes. Imran was very polite, gave us some options and we booked them in to remove and install ducted heating & refrigerated cooling. Imran was present on both days of the install, and his team were very polite and respectful of our home and garden. Imran called the day after install to check everything was ok and we were happy. As I sit here writing this review we are feeling nice and cool inside our house, while the outside temperature has hit 33.5c at 12.30pm 14th Jan, 2023.I would definitely recommend Temp21.Thanks to Imran and his team for a great job.Cheers, Daniel & Heidi Peterson.

Great service, the job was done within a week and very reasonably priced. Follow up enquiry was also responded to quickly with a resolution.

We used Temp21 to replace the old and install new Ducted Heater Braemar TQ320.Got the quote on Tuesday, the work was done by Thursday. Very quick and responsive personnel.The unit we got was cheapest on the market but it was what we needed for the house.I would recommend Temp21 for your next job but if you have budget, get better model as the TQ320 is a bit loud, however, does the job perfectly for a 3 star efficient heater.

My elderly tenants complained that the EVAP cooler (installed in the mid-90s) was blowing hot air during a hot spell last week. I called around for a repairer after i Googled for contractors in the Melton area but many were either too busy and not answering their phone or it went to reception with no call-backs. After reading some very good reviews about TEMP21 who were in the local area i decided to call Imran directly. He was available almost immediately to inspect. Upon inspection of the old EVAP he sent pictures of the faulty parts and advised the parts were no longer available and even a repair could run into the $500-700s which might only last a few months longer, therefore a new installation with min. 5yr warranty would be best in the long run. Imran gave me 3 model options costing between $3000-3300, which was very reasonable and more importantly he could have it done within 2-3days if no rain. He even deducted the original call-out fee. I found Imran to be very polite, professional, no messing about and gets the job done quickly. My tenants are happy now so I would highly recommend Imran and TEMP21 for your urgent HVAC issues! AAA experience from start to finish.
