Website states closing hours as 4.30pm friday , I arrive at 4.20 to pickup a prearranged item ordered, to be greeted by the the door partially down, eye rolls and head shaking from the sales assistant, who reluctantly comes to door when I ask confused have they closed early? More eye rolls as she says no, they now close at 4.15pm look at the sign on the window. Well I can’t see that sign, from home -when I check website for closing hours and drive 45mins to get there. The sales assistants response floored me “ how is that my problem!”My response now is a one star review, she could of handled the situation with a smile and friendly apology for any confusion, but she didn’t assist so now no sales from me !

I love this story because they have put in a younger range for ages 25 and so on, we'll I started at 25. Great service and sizes to choose. Clean and sizes in right order too. Disabled access so good.

I was at the store before 4.30pm to pickup an item i had put aside for me. The door was being closed. I knocked on the door and the sales assistant ignored me. I finally got her attention and she yelled 'I'm closed' and continued to ignore me. Absolutely rude and so much for customer service there is none. Your loss Millers, I won't waste my time or money shopping there ever again.

I was looking for everyday shorts for me mum and the staff worker there was really helpful and I know how to order items from the store now ✌

Great customer service. I often shop online with Miller's and take any returns here. They are always really helpful and professional. The range they carry varies greatly, sometimes I walk in and there are heaps of things I like and other times none, but the service never varies, always great.

Tops for my Mum that she enjoys in larger sizes are usually available. I love the racks for $10. Easy walker or wheelchair access from the car to the store via the main entrance. Noni B, W Lane are next in a row so a good group of stores.

Absolutely APPALLING customer service! I wanted to purchase a dress, however the dresses they had on the hangers were not in my size. I went to the back of the store where the store attendant was. She had a foul look on her face as I made my way to the service desk and was summarily dismissed when I asked if there was a dress in my size - No - that's all there is" was the response. There was a dress on a dummy - I checked the size of the dress and it was my size. Checking the store and seeing that it was not full of people and seeing the attendant was not serving anyone and would not be for sometime

After paying the clothes I just bought it, the sales with short hair cut told me “you can’t refund it cause it’s a discounted one, it’s sounds very unreasonable,you can make the refundable statement but must before I pay it, otherwise it’s really nonsense.

I shopped there this afternoon and the young lady was so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.I walked out with a huge smile simply because of awesome service
